Developed the course Business Spanish Spring 2003. -Participated in “Project Globalization: Strengthening Curriculum and Expanding the Ability of the Business Community to Engage in International Trade.” This entails a commitment to serve as a faculty consultant to the external business community and/or for internal community advancement, developing at least a new instructional module to be infused into existing courses, and giving a series of lectures aimed at facilitating trade between the two countries: USA and Mexico. Jan 9-17, 2003.
-Pioneered a Business course in Spanish for the major in Language and International Trade. 2003.
-Redesigned SPA 425 (Literature of Spain in the 20th Century) in order to incorporate productions from the second half of the century, and with an emphasis on the last decade. 2003.
