Spectator Instructions
The event commences with a ceremonial start , each car 2 minutes apart , at 10.00 am from Alma St outside the Commercial Hotel at Wowan .
For your safety , and the safety of competitors, please follow instructions from Marshalls on duty .
There will be 2 main spectator points during the event. These will be at Mullers road, 9 Kms south of Wowan ,and at the Wowan show grounds, 2 kms east of Wowan along Dee River road.
Please park along the side of the road on Mullers road , to allow Emergency Vehicle access if required .
Times for viewing of cars in action as follows
Mullers Road : 11.20 am to 12.40 pm , 1.10 pm to 2.30 pm , 3.30 pm to 4.50 pm
Show grounds : 12.30 pm to 1.50 pm , 2.30 pm to 3.50 pm , 4.50 pm to 6.10 pm.
Cars can also be viewed in service during the day between stages at the showgrounds.
Harley rides at showgrounds from 12.00 to 3.00 pm . $5.00 per ride, proceeds going to Wowan Progress Association.
Presentation ceremony will be held at the showgrounds from 7.30 pm.
A licensed bar will be operating from early evening to 1.00 am , hot food from early evening, and a live band from 7.00 pm
Pease remember to observe the road rules, as there will be extra Police on duty over the weekend.
