Identify and use proper keyboarding posture, finger-positioning, and touch-typing fundamentals…also derive a grade from words per minute and accuracy.

Students will practice the home row keys with Typing Instructor.
Students will follow examples of teacher installing software to their computers by locating My Computer/Windows Explorer, the C drive, folders, files, and subfolders.
Students will practice the advanced lessons with Typing Instructor and test on them daily.
Students will create a “public/community” building (e.g. church, school, library, restaurant, grocery store) 2D layout in Sweet Home 3D. They will convert it to a #D model in SketchUp (optional for time). They will finally create the building Minecraft where many modifications, estimates, and substitutions will be required
