Ms. Rebecca Livengood made a motion to approve the minutes of the June 20, 2016, Regular Meeting of the City Planning Commission. Ms. Linda Henley seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously.

Mr. Robert Seigart, of Schopfer Architects, LLP, at 1111 James Street, spoke to the City Planning Commission about the proposal, which consists of constructing an 18,581-square foot addition to an existing building and an accessory parking area on property situated at 429 South West Street and 108 Fabius Street.
One person spoke in favor of the proposal and one piece of correspondence in support of the proposal was submitted. No one spoke in opposition to the proposal.
After further discussion and review, Ms. Rebecca Livengood made a motion to approve the request with a negative SEQRA declaration. Ms. Linda Henley seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously.

After further discussion and review, Ms. Rebecca Livengood made a motion to approve the request with a negative SEQRA declaration. Ms. Linda Henley seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously.

Ms. Rebecca Livengood seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously.

Ms. Heather Lamendola, Zoning Administrator for the City of Syracuse, spoke to the City Planning Commission about the Syracuse Industrial Development Agency declaring its intent to act as Lead Agency for the environmental review of a project to construct a seven-story, mixed-use building on property situated at 401-403, 405, 407, 409 and 411-413 Prospect Avenue, which includes the construction of a sky-bridge over Prospect Avenue, connecting the project to St. Joseph’s Hospital.
The Commission agreed to allow the Syracuse Industrial Development Agency to act as Lead Agency.
IX. Authorizations
Ms. Linda Henley made a motion to authorize those cases listed for Public Hearings on Monday, August 1, 2016, in addition to SP-10-25 M1. Ms. Rebecca Livengood seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously.
X. Ms. Rebecca Livengood made a motion to adjourn at 7:50 p.m. Ms. Linda Henley seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously.
