The lessor will attempt to provide lessee’s desired space requirements, but reserves the right to assign space. FIELD DEMONSTRATION OR RIDE & DRIVE SPACE:
It is mandatory that each field demonstrator have at least one lot in Tent City. Field demonstrations tentatively include forage cutting, merging and harvesting, corn silage chopping, and a tiling demonstration. The equipment demonstrated in the field must also be represented with similar equipment in the tent city lot. Limited Ride & Drive area and field demonstration opportunities will be available.

INSURANCE COVERAGE:
Exhibitors are required to submit a valid certificate of liability insurance of not less than $1,000,000 per general aggregate and $1,000,000 for each occurrence. Exhibitors can purchase liability insurance through WI Farm Technology Days, Inc. Form to order will be sent with your contract.
Comprehensive Coverage (fire, wind, theft, etc.) is recommended.
Submit $100 Nonrefundable Deposit with Application. Deposit will be applied to any
rental fee due. Upon approval of this application, a contract with billing information
will be emailed.
