Meeting called to order by Tom Debaun.
November 15, 2011 LEPC meeting minutes were reviewed. No corrections were made. Mike Schantz moved to approve the minutes, Derrick Byers seconded, the motion passed.
OLD BUSINESS: None.
NEW BUSINESS
The 2012 legal notices have been published in the newspaper.
Tom led a discussion about the revised LEPC roster for 2012. He will update and review it at the next meeting.
Tom announced that the 2012 LEPC meetings will occur on the third Tuesday of odd months.
Tom Debaun noted that we need to update the roster due to changes in personnel.
Tom noted that we need to elect the officers for 2012. They were read in order.
Chairperson: Tom Debaun was nominated by Robert Lewis and seconded David Parks, the motion passed.
Vice Chairperson: Deputy Parks was nominated by Doug Lutes. David Mohr seconded the motion which passed.
Recording Secretary: George Horning was nominated by Robert Lewis. Mike Schantz seconded the motion which passed.
1PIO: David Tilford was nominated by Doug Lutes and seconded by Mike Bowlby, the motion passed.
2PIO Doug Lutes was nominated by Robert Lewis and seconded by Mike Schantz, the motion passed.
Plan / Comm. Emer. Mike Schantz was nominated by Derrick Byers, Doug Lutes seconded the motion which passed.
