Client Care Process

There are four (4) phases of process we go through with our clients throughout the year. These phases are Planning, Implementation, Monitoring and Adjustment.

Planning

Most introductions to our clients begin with the Planning Phase where we provide the client a customized benefit and cost analysis of current and prospective plans. We spend time in getting to know the employer (as well as their employees) so we can address the areas of concerns. This will ensure a viable recommendation.

Implementation

We at Crown Benefits pride ourselves on the education we provide to both the employer and their employees. Employee meetings are designed to educate the employee on their benefit plan and also alert them to their responsibilities in assuring the highest level of benefits within their plan. We also address areas of concern in the medical industry to prevent additional expense to the employee. Employee education meetings are encouraged throughout the year as new employees enroll in the plan.

We request all enrollments be handled directly through our office and will work with the plan administrator to assure timely and accurate submissions to the insurance carrier.

Monitoring

Throughout the year questions and concerns arise. We feel it important to hear direct from the employer and their employees. One-on-one consultations are encouraged in all matters relating to employee healthcare/benefits and privacy is always maintained. Being involved throughout the year alerts us to areas of concern that may need to be addressed with the insurance carrier.

Adjustment

By this time we’ve spent the year listening to the employer and their employees. The renewal is received. It is our role to negotiate with the insurance carriers, make recommendations and adjust the benefit plans accordingly. Every effort is made to control rising premiums.
