Why I shouldattend the Conference/Mentoring Program?

I would like to help to get clear about what I want in context of career and then implement some action steps to proactively start to build the skills, capabilities and experience to help me progress toward those career goals.

These include mapping possible career pathways, setting goals for my career and life and building my personal brand and profile to help deliver on those goals.

This Conference/Program adds value to my work area by teaching the skills, knowledge and personal attributes necessary for high performance and engagement in my work environment. These include high performance mindset, effective communication, providing feedback and dealing with conflict and managing expectations.

Participants who have completed the 12 Week Career Development & Mentor Program in the past have the tools to be more effective, resilient, engaged in their workplace and better able to manage priorities.The program offers tangible results, which can be seen below.

I will:

  • Achieve ownership and start to deliver on mycareer development, career path and direction

  • Be more proactive in seeking mentors, without a formal mentoring process
