Our dedicated team includes people who look after each LOCAL AREA, who look after you and host events. To save on costs, all Social Group areas are organised from one central office. You should normally receive your New Member Welcome Pack from us within 5 - 10 days of receipt of your application, except at busy times, or if the Social Group Office is closed for annual or public holidays, when it may take a little longer. If you have provided everything required, and you do not hear back from us within 28 working days of payment being received, you will be entitled to a refund. Please remember to post us two photos - if you don’t provide everything required, this may delay your application. If you have any other queries, we are happy to offer assistance. Please give us a call and have a chat if there is anything else you wish to know priorto joining.

Membership is per person. 12 months membership starting from the month you join. Complete and sign

onejoin form for each adult applying, and send this back to us, including 2 recent passport size photographs.

You can telephone 12noon-7pm to pay via DEBIT or CREDIT CARD, and then post this join form & your 2 photos.

OR you can enclose a CHEQUE made payable to “SGE LTD” when you post this join form your 2 photos.

OR make direct payment from your bank account to our bank account - please call for advice on how to do this.

Once I have received my photo-personalised Member ID Card and my first issue of Social Group Magazine, I understand that I will have joined as a member. 2 photos per person are required for a photo-personalised Member ID Card. This is an important safety precaution, so everyone can identify themselves. Photos must be an accurate and recent likeness, passport style and size. New members must send 2 photos with this form.

Unless you want to update your picture, renewing members can simply return their old Member ID Card if it is in good condition.
