FINANCE

Account Balance $13970.01

12 families have not paid dues so far.

TUMLPA still needs to pay coach for last year’s senior dinner and gifts.

FUNDRAISING

Over $70,000 so far for Ireland

Nice donation from Chris Ahern and Italian-American

$150K is our goal for the Ireland

Program also needs to raise $50-$75K for Operating Budget

Possible fundraiser: Governor Hogan Day at one of the big games at home- Loyola, Hopkins, Denver. Frank Mazza will ask governor.

First Mariner met with Dan Crowley for a multi year deal and lacrosse could get a chunk for the trip.

Other corporate sponsors are also being recruited

Green Turtle- ask them to kick back $1000/home game or 15% of proceeds

FACE OFF DINNER- Feb. 4

Karen booking bus for Hobart, Yale and Fairfield.

LETTER WRITING CAMPAIGN

Team is able to write letters to family/friends to raise money for Ireland.

ALUMNI REP TO BOARD

Need to find alum to be on the board. Coach will ask alum.

BOARD DEVELOPMENT

Will build excitement as the season continues
