Field Trip Permission Form
Dear Thespian Parents,
This year marks Bexley’s 15th consecutive attendance at the State Thespian Conference. The Thespian conference provides a great opportunity to network with other Thespian troupes from all around Ohio. At conference, students will be able to attend workshops, watch plays and have a ton of fun. This year, the conference will be held at Dublin Scioto High School on March 24th through 26th.
Here is an approximate conference schedule:
Friday March 24th: Meet at school at 4:30PM Arrive back at 11:30PM
Saturday March 25th: Meet at school at 8:00AM Arrive back at 12:30AM
Sunday March 26th: Meet at school at 8:30AM Arrive back at 1:30PM
The cost of conference is $70 per student, which includes the conference registration fee and lunch and dinner on Saturday. Students should eat dinner before going on Friday, and should bring extra money for snacks and any other things they want to spend money on (like the famous ducks). The Theatre Parents have scholarships available for all students who need them. Simply e-mail me if you need one.
Please return this form along with a signed code of conduct form, and a check for Bexley Theatre Arts no later than February 1st, 2016. T-shirts are also available for $15. Just indicate the size below and include that amount on your check.
