Meeting called to order by Ron at 7:30PM at the Duke City Soccer League Office

Motion to approve the September minutes was made by John W and seconded by Ricardo B – Passed

1 End of the Season transfer Policy was presented (see attached) – Motion was made by Justin Sells and seconded by Mike Erwin to accept the Policy as presented– Motion Passed
2 Alcohol & Use of Tobacco Policy & Alcohol & Use of Tobacco page for the Website and Coaches Handbook was presented – Motion was made by John Welch and seconded by Ron Espinoza as amended- see attached amended Policy – Motion Passed (amended policy is attached)
3 Guest Player Policy was presented (see attached) – Motion was made by John Welch and Ricardo Beraun to table this item – Motion passed

a. Motion to allow a U10 bracket to play 8 v 8 only for Sandia Cup was made by Jorge Beraun and seconded by Josh Nelson – Motion Passed
2. Gaylord Sheppard 2012 – Elite – No report.
3. Sandia Cup 2013 - Classic – No report
X. Coaching Administrator: No Report
XI. NMYSA –
1. State Cup rosters are due Friday 4/21 Late rosters are subject to a $300 fine
2. Team Books and Player pass cards are due 4/23
