CONDITIONS OF USE. IN CASE OF VAPOR EXPOSURE, MOVE PERSON TO FRESH AIR AND PROVIDE OXYGEN. IF BREATHING IS LABORED, GET MEDICAL ATTENTION.

EYE CONTACT FLUSH EYES WITH CLEAN, LOW-PRESSURE WATER FOR AT LEAST I5 MINUTES,
OCCASIONALLY LIFTING THE EYELIDS. OBTAIN MEDICAL ATTENTION IF IRRITATION OCCURS.

SKIN CONTACT REMOVE BY WIPING; THEN WASH SKIN THOROUGHLY WITH PLENTY OF SOAP AND WATER,
REMOVE CONTAMINATED CLOTHING AND THOROUGHLY CLEAN BEFORE REUSE, DISCARD CONTAMINATED
LEATHER GLOVES AND SHOES. IF SKIN IRRITATION DEVELOPS, GET MEDICAL ATTENTION PROMPTLY.

INGESTION DO NOT INDUCE VOMITTING. IF VOMITING OCCURS, KEEP HEAD BELOW HIPS TO PREVENT

ASPIRATION OF LIQUID INTO LUNGS. GET MEDICAL ADVICE.

2

NOTE TO PHYSICIAN: IF MORE THAN 2.0 ML PER KG HAS BEEN INGESTED AND VOMITING HAS NOT

OCCURRED, EMESIS SHOULD BE INDUCED. KEEP HEAD BELOW HIPS TO PREVENT ASPIRATION. IF

SYMPTONS SUCH AS LOSS OF GAG REFLEX, CONVULSIONS OR UNCONSCIOUSNESS OCCUR BEFORE EMESIS, GASTRIC LAVAGE USING A CUFFED ENDOTRACHEAL TUBE SHOULD BE CONSIDERED.

VIII. SPILL AND DISPOSAL

PRECAUTIONS IF MATERIAL IS SPILLED OR RELEASED MAY BURN ALTHOUGH NOT READILY

IGNITABLE. CONTAIN SPILL AND PREVENT FROM ENTERING ALL WATER BODIES, IF POSSIBLE. WEAR

RESPIRATOR AND PROTECTIVE CLOTHING AS APPROPRIATE. EVACUATE NON-ESSENTIAL PERSONNEL FROM IMMEDIATE SPILL AREA DUE TO SLIPPING HAZARDS. REMOVE WITH VACUUM TRUCKS OR PUMP TO
STORAGE/SALVAGE VESSELS. ABSORBENT MATERIALS AND PADS CAN BE USED. FLUSH WITH WATER TO REMOVE TRACE RESIDUE. COMPLY WITH ALL APPLICABLE LAWS. SPILLS MAY NEED TO BE REPORTED TO THE NATIONAL RESPONSE CENTER (800) 424-8802.
