CPTF Solo Auditions – March 10-11, 2018

The Auditions List consists of three groups of compositions. Each contestant must play one composition from each group. For scores and editions, consult the 2017-2018NCMTA list and/or the current Federation Festivals Bulletin.Please see the current NCMTA lists for incipits and score suggestions. ***NEW FOR 2018: the Primary Division no longer offers the Federation Festival substitute for the Group 3 piece.

GRADUATING SENIOR

Graduating Seniors must play one piece from each of the following three periods: 18th, 19th, and 20th/21st Centuries. Selections may be made from either the Senior Division lists or from compositions by distinguished composers. Any composition not included in the Forum list must be the difficulty level of a Bach Three-Part Invention or a Classical Sonata movement.
