1. Preliminary Matters

i Call to Order and Roll Call

The meeting was called to order by Jill Stern, Chair, at 11;10 a.m. with a roll call of members and other persons present.

ii Adoption of Meeting Agenda

The meeting agenda was unanimously approved upon motion made by Joel Causey and seconded by Jay Wilson,

iii Review & Approval of Meeting Minutes

The meeting minutes for the Thursday, September 28, 2017 Special Meeting were unanimously approved upon motion made by Jason Wright and seconded by Joel Causey.

4. Administrative Matters

Jill Stern reminded the Board of her expectation that the 12 Notices of Proposed Rulemaking for the 2017 Construction Codes will be approved by the Board at the October 19, 2017 Regular Meeting, so that they can be forwarded to OAG for legal sufficiency review.

Jill Stern also asked the Board members who had not yet supplied summaries of the changes between the 2013 and 2017 Supplements to do so as soon as possible.

The meeting was adjourned at 12:25 p.m. The next Board meeting is scheduled for October 19, 2017.
