After retiring from the Texas Supreme Court in 2003, Craig Enochwas a shareholder of WinsteadPC before opening his own firm in February 2011. Enoch Kever has an outstanding appellate practice group, with extensive experience in both state and federal courts, as well as before administrative tribunals. In addition, Justice Enoch, because of his extensive knowledge of state government, is continually called on to assist clients in regulated industries to navigate the legislative and regulatory processes.

Before opening his own firm, Justice Enoch served the State of Texas over twenty-two years as a judge. And he served on all three levels of state courts, as presiding judge of the 101st District Court, Chief Justice of the State's largest intermediate appellate court, the 5th District Court of Appeals, and for hislast 11 years, as Justice of the Texas Supreme Court. Judge Enoch, in addition to developing an active private practice, continues to serve the judicial branch of government. He completed his service as Chair of the 1,200 member Appellate Judges Conference of the American Bar Association Judicial Division and, at the request of that body, continues to serve as President of the Appellate Judge's education arm, the Appellate Judges Education Institute. Justice Enoch has become a noted writer and speaker on judicial administration and is actively sought out to speak on issues affecting the judiciary and the practice of law.

Judge Enoch holds not only undergraduate and law school degrees from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas, but a master of laws degree from the University of Virginia Law School at Charlottesville, Virginia. He also holds extensive post-graduate professional education certifications, including Civil Trial Law, by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization, and is a member of the College of the State Bar of Texas. As well, Judge Enoch is an elected member of the American Law Institute, the prestigious national organization responsible for the Restatements of Law, relied on as authoritative sources of the law by virtually every state and national appellate court.
