Exhibition Details and Guidelines - Please read this prospectus carefully.

Eligibility: The Pastel Society of New Jersey would like to extend an invitation to you, as a Signature Member or Board Member, to exhibit one pastel painting of your choosing in our Biennial Signature and Board Members Exhibit at the Wyckoff Family YMCA in Wyckoff, NJ. It will run from Monday, March 5 until Sunday, March 25 with a closing reception on Sunday, March 25 from 1-3pm.

The PSNJ Executive Board and Exhibition Committee are excited to be able to provide this excellent exhibition opportunity to our Signature and Board Members. We look forward with great anticipation to a wonderful show!

Entry Requirements: All work including frames, cannot be less than 12” or exceed 36” in either dimension. Work must be framed in a professional manner with secure brackets & sturdy, taut wire. No saw-tooth hangers. Metal frames are not acceptable.

Sales: The Wyckoff Family YMCA will take a 25% commission on any sales. All work must be for sale.

Registration: Mail the signed pre-registration formpostmarked by February 21, 2018.

Entries: Each artist may submit 1 piece.

Receiving: Monday, March 5, 2018, 10am – 11:30am

Closing Reception: Sunday, March 25, 1-3pm.

Pick-up: Sunday, March 25, 2018. Pieces may be removed starting at 2:30pm at the closing reception.

No early pickups permitted. There will bea storage fee of $5/day for late pick-up. If you cannot pickup, please make other arrangements and inform the chairperson in advance
