DECA/Career Pathways Experience Beauty Review Guidelines

Entry Fee - $40.00 NO REFUNDS after Tuesday, October 11, 2015. (This fee includes a Beauty Review T-shirt.)

Entry fee must be paid when the contestant form is given to Mrs. Wrenn in Room #404.

School Clubs/Organizations: submit entry form to Mrs. Wrenn by Monday, Oct. 3, 2016.

Seniors submit entry forms to Mrs. Wrenn in room 404 on Wednesday, Oct. 5, 2016, starting at 7:15a.m. No entry forms will be taken after 12 p.m. If any student is not able to be at school the day the entry form/money is due, that student must send the entry form plus money with another student.

Freshmen, Sophomores, & Juniors submit entry forms to Mrs. Wrenn in room 404 on Thursday, Oct. 6, 2015, starting at 7:15a.m. No entry forms will be taken after 12p.m. If any student is not able to be at school the day the entry form/money is due, that student must send the entry form plus money with another student.

·  All Contestants must have a 65 or higher GPA from previous school year. Any student who has been Suspended (OSS) or Expelled since January 2016 until the night of the pageant is NOT eligible to be a contestant and will be disqualified.

·  Dresses should be “age appropriate” for high school students.

Example: No Midriff showing, No deep V neck below cleavage, No splits higher than fingertips.

·  Newspaper Picture – Contestants will meet on Tuesday, October 18, 2015 at the beginning of 5th period in front of the cafeteria. (Wear something nice and colorful)

·  Practice – Tuesday, November 1 at 3:30p.m. in the Jr. High auditorium. Bring your pageant shoes to practice walking on stage.

·  Tickets – Reserved tickets are $5.00 each and will be available Monday, October 31—Friday, November 4.

See Mrs. Wrenn in room 404 at South Panola High School or call 563-7219.

·  Most Photogenic – This is optional!!!!

Contestants may submit a 4x5 or 5x7 photo (black & white or color).

Give pictures to Mrs. Wrenn before 12:00 p.m., Friday, November 4th.

Write your name & contestant number on the back.

·  Morehead Photography will start taking contestant pictures at 5:00 p.m. on Saturday, Nov.5. A price list will be available during practice for those who want to purchase pictures.

·  Contestants must be at the Jr. High auditorium before 6:00 p.m. on Saturday, November 5.

Please do not send flowers for the contestants back stage. There is no space to keep them during the program.

NO ONE IS ALLOWED IN THE CONTESTANT AREA AFTER THE PROGRAM BEGINS!!!!
