·  Previous Meeting Minutes approved by voice vote.

·  Board Updates:
Eric Ray re-elected President. Steve Buchholz re-elected Secretary.

o  President’s Report: Restart scholarship this coming year.

o  Vice President: No report.

o  Treasurer Report: Eric Ray Reported Financial Information and Budget information. Current Balance $29,615.00 Basketball fees $21,000 still due.

o  Secretary: No report.

·  Coordinator Report:

o  Baseball/Softball/T-Ball: Cross district play again in 2018. Laurel Park rented again in 2018.
Umpiring Report: Will be looking for umpires this coming year.

o  Golf: Registration open January 2 through January 31, 2018.

o  Soccer: Brian Jones is new coordinator for soccer. We will not rent Woodlands in 2018. Registrations will start in June 2018.

o  Volleyball: Season is over. One team made it to City-County playoffs, 2nd place by J-A Team.

o  Basketball: All rosters submitted. T-shirts ordered for 2nd grade camp.

Referee Report:No report.

o  Field Report:Team bleachers and small goals put away. Large goals still need to be put away. Trash cans also stored in the shed. Home plate will need to be replaced.

o  Parish Center Report: Need to replace a glass door on the trophy case.

o  Outdoor Concession Stand: Stand closed for season.

o  Indoor Concession Stand: New coordinator Jessica Rekosh.

o  Uniforms: T-shirts ordered and distributed for 2nd grade basketball camp. Jerseys on order.

o  Maintenance Report: No report.

o  New/Old Business: General Wishlist New batting cage net, fence near sand volleyball area. Rebuild part of backstop fence. New scoreboard input control panel. Volleyball needs a new practice net. Volleyball fee may need to increase $5 or $10 to better cover costs.
Tom Bourquin is new Treasurer filling remainder of term.
Gala planning continues to go well. Only a few tables remaining. Some volunteer bartenders needed. Approximately $9000 in items donated so far.
