My current role as a sales advisor for the Airport Nawrasbranch. The main accountability of this role is ensuring engagement with Key customers, and ensuring that end users fully understand my organization offers and options This Role is about providing support mainly to new customers with many initiatives for a making them regular customers. It is also about providing the right description of our merchandise with the details explanation. Other responsibilities are about customers care,Operate cash register, and leading the branch by myself when applicable.
Even though I did other sales advisor; the Airport branch process is different. This is because of the profile, the needed interfaces and the high risk associated with the same and the challenges with exploring the different customers backgrounds.
