RAFFLE REPORT: Januarys meeting’s raffle brought in $0 (no raffle) plus an additional $251 in the donation jar for a grand total of $251 for the JBT Project. Thank you to everyone who donates items for the raffle and who put money in the donation jar & of course those that just donate! Truly appreciated!

COMMITTEE REPORTS:
Safety Committee –The 2015 NHRA Quick Reference Chart with SFI Expirations has been posted to the web site. The most recent rule amendment postponed the rule regarding wings on open cars that affected Gary Ryan. The rule will now not go into effect until January 1, 2016. Go to the safety section of the web site www.juggersracingteam.comto look for all recent rule amendments for details. Remember, the ultimate authority on any of this is the NHRA and your local sanctioning body. Any questions that remain should be addressed directly to them for the final word.Ifyou have any safety questions you can contact John . John has the new 2014 NHRA rulebook and will bring it to the February meeting.
Website Committee – Jugger of the year pictures have been posted and the safety section has been updated. John will post club by-laws on the website for those that want it. If you have any questions or would like to add anything (including videos) to the Juggers website, you can contact

Historian Committee – If you have any old pictures, articles, papersor other information regarding the Juggers Racing Team, please contact Sandy so she can arrange to scan the items and get them back to you as quickly as possible! Contact Sandy at408-888-0643
Picnic Committee –Steve O’Brien will lead the team again this year and we are planning for a date in October. More info to come.
Car Show Committee – No current car shows but Gary is working on it. Stay tuned for 2015. Fred to host Firehouse Car Show again this year, stay tuned for a date.
JBT Committee – JBT work parties are normally held at Wayn Phillips house on Tuesday evenings at 6pm and now every Thursday as well (when we don’t have a monthly meeting). The JBT account is currently at $1,389. Planning to run car in SSF for a shakedown once we have it together. We also plan to attend car shows this year. Needed: Tires – Goodyear Front Runners 22 x 4.5 x 15, 9,000 or 10,000 RPM Tack; Electric alcohol fuel pump for a carburetor. OLD BUSINESS: The new Juggers sign for the tree in Bakersfield is in and will be put on at the March meet.
NEW BUSINESS: Voted to lower dues to $50 full and $25 for associate member.

JUGGERS RACE REPORT- The first Summit ET points race was held at Sonoma Raceway January 25. John Lewis won Super Pro and Jarrett Laws made the Semi’s in Pro. Other Juggers racing included Eddie Kucker, Boots Broucharet, Gary Ryan, Bob Lowenstein and Harold Binsfeld.
After one race, John Lewis is the points leader in SuperPro and Jarrett Laws is tied for 3rd in Pro. Next points race at Sonoma is February 16.
