Fill in the “Average Drinks per Week” column and then press “Compute.” You will see how many kcalories you take in each month, and in one year, from alcoholic beverages.

Click on “Eating Green Calculator” and fill in how much in the way of animal products you eat each week. Then click on “Calculate Impact” and write up the environmental impact of your eating habits. Include acres of grain and grass needed for animal feed, pounds of fertilizer used to grow animal feed, and pounds of manure created by the animals you eat. Click on “Click Here to Improve Your Diet and Protect the Environment.” See how changing your eating habits can impact the environment.

Also do “Score Your Diet.” Write up your health, environmental, and animal welfare scores. How did you rate overall?
