We are in receipt of your application for Trade Space at our forthcoming Show.
28th-29th October 2016
1. All Traders will be expected to stay open on the Friday Night and Saturday. You will be required to set up no later than 4pm on Friday 28th Oct 2016 –Close 11pm. Due to Street Parade Road closures.
2. Saturday 29th October 2016 –set up by 9am close at 3pm.
3. SHOW IS OPEN TO THE PUBLIC at 6.30pm.Friday 28th Oct 2016
4. You will also have to lodge a Street Trader Form to the Mt Alexander Shire ASAP
A Current Public Risk Insurance Policy should be forwarded with your fee, otherwise the compulsory insurance fee will apply. All payment must be received by

No In door Space is available. You will need to supply your own Electrical Leads/Lights and trestles.
Current Ground Rates… Ground Space…$20.00 per metre.Charged for frontage only –The depth is not an issue ( eg:3 metres-fee $60) Plus
