An hotel deposit of one night (which will be credited to your stay) per person must be paid in advance for each room reserved. The deposit is forfeited if the reservation is cancelled less than 15 days before arrival. You will receive confirmation from the congress organisation. Prices include taxes and breakfast. In case of payment by credit card we did not charge any amount for the hotel since we need this data only to guarantee the room.
