Collegiate 4-H Meeting Minutes

August 27th, 2015

WSLR 116/Ag Mall, 6:00 p.m.

Call to order and Welcome: Cassie Lehmann

Pledges:

· Pledge of Allegiance: Sara Holderbaum

· 4-H Pledge: Rachel Flanders

All about collegiate 4-H: Cassie Lehmann

· Service activities: Murdock, Officer trainings, etc.

· Social activities: Intramurals, holiday parties, group outings/activities

Dues:

· $10 a semester or $15 for the whole year

o Fall retreat: September 27th – Open to all dues paying members!

· Please turn in your dues to Gabrielle Teter (Treasurer)

Officer Training Report – Emily Grimm ()

· First officer training: Saturday, November 14th at Harrison County

· Sign-ups and more information will follow soon

Murdock Officer Report – Jessie Earhart () Molly Towns ()

· Service directors are currently scheduling with Murdock and looking at Thursdays as the day for the Murdock after-school program

Social Director Report – Josh Schonfeld ()

· Registered an intramural sand volleyball team – contact Josh if interested in participating

o Volleyball games are Thursdays at 9:00pm

o Registration for the team is online – Josh can help those interested through the process

Ag Council Representative Report – Maddie McFadden ()

· Ice Cream Social: Wednesday September 2nd 5:30-7:00pm on the Lily Lawn

o Great opportunity to learn about clubs in the College of Ag

o FREE ICE CREAM! All of the clubs have a different topping so you can learn about clubs and get delicious free toppings for your free ice cream

Next Meeting: Thursday, September 10th 6:00 pm WSLR 116

Meeting Dates for 2014-2015

· All meetings will be held biweekly from 6:00 to 7:00 pm in WSLR 116. The dates are as follows:
