1:1 iPad Program Expression of Interest
Yes, I would like to be part of the 1:1 iPad program in 2017, and I would like to lease an iPad from school.
I have read through the attached Lease Acceptance document, and agree with the terms, conditions and arrangements outlined.
I understand I am required tocomplete this form only at this stage and return it to school with a $50 deposit no later than 10th of November 2017.
A further deposit of $50.00 will be required by 17th November 2017, if the program proceeds.
I will be required to make further payments by credit card as detailed in Schedule One.
I commit to make all the payments in accordance with the Payment Schedule contained in the Lease Acceptance document

The lease is for a 2017 iPad with retina display 32Gb Wifi, with Cover and insurance. All included apps and updates will be automatically downloaded at school.
