(17 November 2005, Hong Kong) – Celebrating its 10th Anniversary, New World Telecom (NWT) today announced the “009 IDD 10th Anniversary Lucky Draw”, which acts not only as a token of appreciation of the continual support of 009 IDD customers, but also as an unprecedented welcome gift to new customers to enjoy NWT’s quality international call services. By simply calling overseas through 009 IDD, all existing and new customers are entitled to enter the Lucky Draw to win fabulous prizes valued more than HK$10 millions.
While this superb Lucky Draw assures a prize for every 009 IDD customer, it also allows “Call More to Win More”. Every customer will be instantly entitled to a first-tier prize after having accumulated a certain amount of calling time using 009 IDD for overseas calls. The higher the calling time is accumulated, the more the chances to win additional prizes from the second-tier Super Lucky Draw, which will be held once a month in the next three consecutive months. The prizes of the second-tier Super Lucky Draw include 1-carat diamond ring, Panasonic LCD TV, Sony DVD recorder, etc. Those 009 IDD customers who have also subscribed one of NWT’s services, including NetTalk Digital Telephony, fixed line or NWTmusic.com, will enjoy double entries to the Super Lucky Draw. This privilege will be also given to those 009 IDD customers using mobile phones to make overseas calls.

The details of “009 IDD 10th Anniversary Lucky Draw” are as follows:
Phase One – Everyone Wins
From now until 15 February 2006, customers, who make IDD calls by 009 IDD for more than 10 minutes under a single registered telephone number, will automatically enter the Lucky Draw. Customers are able to enquire the prizes they win by calling the Lucky Draw Hotline at 3178 9333 on the third day after having achieved 10 or more calling minutes.
Phase Two – Super Lucky Draw
Three periods of the Super Lucky Draw will be held, respectively during (i) 18 Nov 2005 – 15 Dec 2006; (ii) 16 Dec 2005 – 15 Jan 2006; and (iii) 16 Jan – 15 Feb 2006. During each period, customers will obtain a chance to win a premium prize from this Super Lucky Draw for every 009 IDD 10 calling minutes made under the same registered telephone number. Number of entries to the Super Lucky Draw is not only unlimited, but also will be accumulated to the next period of draw. The more calls you make by using 009 IDD, the more prizes you win.
