IV. Analyze Achievement gains related to alignment
For states with capacity to merge teacher data and student achievement scores, develop matched database for selected states and teachers, and conduct achievement analysis for students in the classes of teachers surveyed in spring 08. / June 08 – Oct 08
Prepare states with specific reports on their schools and teachers, and present cross-state findings to Consortium for review and discussion. / Nov 08 – Mar 09
V. Final Products and Evaluation
Disseminate new knowledge, models, and tools for improving alignment of instruction, standards, and assessments / Jan - March 31, 2009
Meeting of Consortium (#4) to review findings of analysis, provide cross-state analysis and interpretation, and technical assistance. Review results of Project Evaluation. / Spring 09
