Sealed Tenders are invited from the interested Agencies/Firms/Contractors having the required experience for providing Security Services of Shilpakalavedika and its entire premises for a period of one year. ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:

  1. The Contractor should be a registered Firm / Company / Agency.
  2. The Contractor should have minimum 3 years experience in Security Services with Auditoriums, Multiplex Theater Complexes, Malls, Star Hotels, Reputed Software Companies etc.
  3. The Contractor should have LabourLicence, EPF & ESI Registration and all other statutory licences / permissions as per law.
  4. The Contractor should have an Annual Turnover of not less than Rs.30.00 lakhs during the last 3 years.
  5. The Contractor should have ISO Certification 9001-2008.
  6. The Contractor should have to submit last 3 years IT Returns and (Audited Statements).
  7. The Contractor have to furnish a Security Deposit (Interest free & Returnable deposit) of Rs.5.00 lakhs.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

To provide Security Guards & Supervisors to Shilpakalavedika,Madhapur, Hyderabad during the period one year contract. Details of the job work are as under:

  1. To ensure total security of Shilpakalavedika Auditorium, Dining Hall and its entire premises.
  1. To ensure total security of all the property pertaining to Shilpakalavedika including all furniture, fixtures, lighting equipment, sound system etc.
  1. To ensure safety of the people who visit Shilpakalavedika and attend programmes and functions in Shilpakalavedika.
  1. To regulate the Vehicles in the Parking lots and their movement in the entire premises of Shilpakalavedika.
  1. To manage the entry gates of Shilpakalavedika to ensure that only invitees with valid Passes / Permission enter the Shilpakalavedika premises.
  1. To manage the Entry doors to the Auditorium and the Dining Hall of Shilpakalavedika to enforce the prescribed rules / norms for entry into the Auditorium & Dining Hall.
  1. To strictly ensure the following.

-No damage is caused to the Auditorium Chairs by the Audience.

-No damage is caused to the Stage Floor, Curtains, Carpets and other fixtures in the Auditorium & Dining Hall.

-No Eatables, Drinks & Water Bottles are taken inside the Auditorium by the Audience.

-No Fire Crackers, Fire related items, Foam Sprayers, Water Sprayers etc., are taken inside the Auditorium.

  1. The required number of Security Guards & Supervisors should be arranged on 24 x 7 bases for all 365 days. Additional Security Guards and Supervisors shall be deployed as per the requirement of Shilpakalavedika on the days of events.
  1. The Security Guards provided by the Agency should be physically fit & strong, mentally alert and preferably in the age group of 30-50 years. Minimum 10th Standard education is a must for the guards. Preference will be given to agency offering Ex-servicemen.
  1. Security Guards provided by the Agency should always be vigilant to protect all the Properties of Shilpakalavedika and ensure safety of Audience, Artists and Visitors. Security Guards provided by the Agency should have sense of handling crisis to control the situation and know how best to respond to various problematic situations.
  1. Security Agency will be fully responsible for any loss of property/theft on account of negligence of their duty in the campus and the cost of such loss should be borne by the agency.
  2. Security guards should wear clean uniforms, shoes, belts, caps, and name badges regularly supplied by the agency. The Agency should also provide themlathis, rain coats, and torch lights, etc.
  1. Security Guards will be responsible to check all incoming and outgoing vehicles at the gates and report to the Officer in-charge. Any suspicious, doubtful movements or problems, they shall report immediately to the Officer.
  2. The Security Guards will have to maintain exemplary discipline and be polite always and work for the welfare of the Institute and should follow the campus rules.
  1. The duty hours of the Security Personnel will be as under:

a. / First Shift / : / 06.00 a.m. to 02.00 p.m.
b. / Second Shift / : / 02.00 p.m. to 10.00 p.m.
c. / Third Shift / : / 10.00 p.m. to 06.00 a.m.
  1. The security guards are expected to be trained in fire fighting and should be able to operate the Fire Fighting equipment / tools in case the situation demands.
  1. Materials or things should be allowed to move out of the campus only with proper gate pass issued or endorsed by the Officer In-charge/ concerned. A register must be maintained for the materials movement.
  1. In case of emergency or on special occasions when more security guards are required by the Shilpakalavedika, additional security guards should be provided by the agency at short notice in addition to the regular member of guards on additional payment at the agreed rates on man-day basis.
  1. Security guards or others deployed by the agency should strictly avoid consumption of liquor or smoking while they are on duty. The Institute will be within its powers to bar entry any such personnel of the agency found within the campus having consumed liquor irrespective of whether he is in sober state or otherwise or found smoking during duty.

OTHER CONDITIONS:

  1. The Agency shall obtain necessary license as per Contract Labour (Regulation & Abolition) Act of 1970 and rules framed there under by the State Government.
  1. The Agency shall abide the Rules framed by the Government and also all the statutory liabilities under all laws applicable.
  1. The Agency shall maintain all the statutory registers as per the Labour enactments.
  1. The Agency shall pay the minimum wages as prescribed by the contract labour rules and also as per the notifications issued by the Government from time to time which are applicable to the contractor and also deduct the ESI & PF contributions for the labour employed by him and remit the same to the concerned authority along with his contribution as Employer. The contractor shall have his own Code no. for the purpose of P F. & ESI. The contractor shall also submit registers and returns to the concerned authorities under the various Acts applicable to him.
  1. The Agency has to pay minimum wages subject to revision as per notification of Govt. from time to time.
  1. It will be the sole responsibility of the Agency in case of any accidents to any personnel or men on roll of the contractor during execution contract.
