TRAINING, COMMUNITY EDUCATION AND CONSULTATION EXPERIENCE

Conducts a private consulting and training practice (domestic and international), specializing in management and organizational development, nonprofit governance, strategic planning, non-formal education and community development.
Marketed, developed, managed and delivered on-site training programs for businesses and public organizations throughout the state of Vermont.
Designed and implemented educational programs for community-based neighborhood revitalization organizations through a national nonprofit.
Directed a management developmenttraining program for the staff of nonprofit organizations, which attracted participants from over 300 organizations each year.
Developed and managed a new program designed to teach basic management skills and encourage entrepreneurial development among rural women in the Philippines.
Conducted Cooperative Extension community and one-on-one educational sessions on nutrition and family budgeting for low- to moderate-income individuals.
