How strong are the competitive forces confronting Lululemon in the market for performance-based yoga and fitness apparel? Do a five-forces analysis to support your answer. List each of the five competitive factors, rate the intensity of each, and provide facts from the case or text to support your analysis. Based on your five forces analysis, what do you conclude about the company’s strategic situation?

Conduct a SWOT Analysis of Lululemon, specifically discussing strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats facing the company. Provide facts from the text and case to support your analysis. What does your SWOT analysis reveal about the overall attractiveness of lululemon’s situation? Based on your SWOT analysis, what do you conclude about the company’s strategic situation? What stands out to you as the key issue facing the company?
