President Elect John Semtner called the meeting to order at 11:33 am
· Review and approve minutes from August BOG (Pending Approval as of 10/12/15)
· Treasurer’s Report – Presented by Stephanie Thomas
o More funding forthcoming from Golf Event
o Proposed Budget
§ Jeff Forman motioned to approve Preliminary Budget from 2015-2016 chapter year. Brian Sauer seconded the motion. Motion approved.
§ Dusty Stoabs motioned to approve Treasure Report from 7/1/15 through 9/28/15. Brian Sauer seconded the motion. Motion approved.
o Possible poll for OSU/OU 4/6/16

o Motion made by Dusty Stoabs to use COK Facebook Timeline as Chapter Timeline. Rick Marsh seconded motion. Motion passed.
· Scholarship Report - Presented by Caleb Spradlin
o K-12 does not offer scholarship
o New to discuss redoing OKCCF Committee; Currently consist of Grant Flurry, Caleb Spradlin, & John Semtner.
o OKC Community Foundation is matching 50% through December.
o Motion made by Dusty Stoabs for COK to donate $10,000 to OKCCF by December deadline so that OKCCF will match with $5,000 donation. Daniel Brazeale seconded motion. Motion passed.
· Sustainability Report - Presented by Brian Sauer
o Rebuilding Together is schedule for 12/12/15; Venue not given to date.
· Golf Report - Presented by Brian Garcia
o Not present. 2015 Gold Tournament (9/14/15) was success via John Semtner.
· Newsletter Report - Presented by John Semtner for Jeff Foreman
