Dear Parents/Carers

Please see the attached timetable of after school clubs for Spring 2 Half Term and read this letter carefully as there are changes now in place.

Clubs will commence week beginning Monday 26th February 2018 and run for 4weeks.

All clubs cost £1.00 per session per club per child apart from Music #on a Monday for

reception and Year 1 which is £2 per session as we use an outside agency who provide

lots of musical instruments for children to use.

NEW FOR THIS HALF TERM

As we are now using Parent Pay very successfully to pay for meals, breakfast club and trips etc. , from now on all bookings for after school clubs are going to be done through Parentpay.

There will be a different payment item for each club .You will find them listed in OTHER ITEMS for each child you have set up on Parentpay.

Places are limited .The number of available spaces will reduce until the club is full. This will enable you to see better which clubs are already full as only clubs with available places will be visible for you to add to your basket and make payment for.

You will need to add the club/s you want a place for to your basket for each child.

PAYMENT MUST BE MADE STRAIGHT AWAY.

You will instantly know that your child has a place in the club you have chosen and paid for.

The Club payment items will be available to book from Tuesday 13th February 2018 until 9am on Monday 26th February2018 when they will be finalised ready to start on that evening after school.

CLUBS TIMETABLE SPRING 2

• There will be NO automatic carry-over of children to clubs at the start of each new half term.
• All places must be re-booked at the start of each half term.
• Clubs must be booked and paid for by 9am on MONDAY 26th FEBRUARY 2018 at the latest to allow us time to notify relevant staff and coaches to plan activities.
• NO additions to clubs will be allowed after this deadline.

Due to there being limited places available in After School Clubs there will be no refunds issued for club sessions not attended unless they are cancelled by school due to unforeseen circumstances.
