You are responsible for booking your international flights.
Kindly scan and email us the following documents:
* Official Flight Itinerary
As soon as you book your flight, kindly send us a copy of your Flight Itinerary received from the airlines or the travel agent.
This information is needed to arrange your pick-up and drop-off at the airport upon arrival and departure.
* Front Pages of Passport
As soon as you register for the Trip, kindly send us a copy of the Front Pages of your Passport.
This information is needed for the hotels.
What’s Included in Total Fee
Pick-up from the Chennai airport, guides, temple fees, hotels, transport by bus, internal flights and meals.
For Participants in Part III of the Trip – It is a combo Trip offering of Birthday Trip & Exclusive Add-on Trip A (Jan 30th to Feb 12th 2016)
* Information about Arrival:
Hope you must be planning and preparing to join this trip with Dr. Pillai and experience serenity and bliss. Considering the environmental situation and road conditions in Chennai, we are making some alternative arrangements to ensure that you enjoy a very smooth and safe trip and enjoy every moment of it without any hazards and health issues.
Once you arrive into Chennai either on the 30th or 31st of Jan, upon your arrival our staff will meet you and receive you at the airport. Then you will be guided through the domestic airport and you will take your flight from Chennai to Madurai.
· If you arrive in Chennai on 30th Jan then you will fly to Madurai and overnight at Madurai. Your accommodation will be secured at Madurai.
· On 31st After Lunch you will drive to Rameshwaram. On 31st Morning, if the group has decent strength, then we will arrange for a visit to a powerful temple in Madurai.
· If you arrive into Chennai on 31st, you will fly to Madurai and join the group and drive to Rameswaram.
We have the following domestic flights Chennai / Madurai which will be most convenient to connect upon your arrive into Chennai. Between the domestic flight and the international flight, there will be a layover of 4 hours. We want to be on the safer side in case for any reason there is a delay in your arrival into Chennai or any other contingency.

We will be able to book the domestic flight based upon your international flight itinerary. Please plan your international flight to match with the above domestic flight timings.
Lunch and dinner on Jan 30th 2016, is included in the cost.
Hence it is very critical that we get your flight itineraries latest by the 30th of December so that it would be easy for us to book your domestic flights and also the cost of the ticket would be reasonable
* Information about Departure:
You can book your departure flight from Chennai airport anytime after 10.00 pm on February, 12th 2016.
The group will drive from Swamimalai to Chennai and reach Chennai by 5.00 PM
Dinner on the night of February 12th, 2016 is included in the cost.
Important Note: Any arrival or departure outside of the above parameters will require separate accommodations and additional fees will apply.
Important! Baggage Allowance (Domestic Flights) – For People on a Combo Trip which includes Birthday Trip.
You will be traveling inside of India on domestic flights. There is a limit on size and weight (20 kgs/ 44lbs) for the bags.
In order to ensure that you are able to carry everything you need during the Trip, please bring:
* 1 MEDIUM SIZE BAG or SUITCASE that you can check-in with the airline
* 1 SMALL BAG (small backpack or duffle bag that is small enough for the overhead compartment or under seat stowage) that can be used as carry on.
Obtaining a Passport (Must have to Enter India)
American citizens needing to obtain a passport can get information:

Who needs a Visa?
Please check with the Indian Consulate nearest to you for details on how to obtain a Tourist Visa. Kindly carefully check the current rules regarding the use of that Visa - as rules change often.
If you will be travelling to India less than 2 months prior to the start of the Trip, you may need to obtain special permission for the Visa.
If we have your VISA details in advance, the check-in process will be quick and easy.

Cancellation Policy
If you cancel any time before the Trip begins or after the Trip begins, we will refund only 50% of the of the Trip Cost.
