  1. Receive the end of year 31 March 2017 Annual Return .
  2. To consider and approve the Section1 Annual Governance Statement 2016/7
  3. To consider and approve the Section2 Accounting statements 2016/7and note that in accordance with externalaudit requirements this statementhas been signedand dated by the RFO beforebeing presented to the Council.
  4. To receive the proposed scope of internal auditin preparationfor submissionof the annual accountsto external audit.

Resolution

  1. To accept the end of year AnnualReport 2016/17
  2. To approve the Annual Governance Statement 2016/17 and authorisethe Chair and Clerk to sign and date this Statement.
  3. To approve the Accounting Statements2016/17 and authorise the Chair and Clerk to sign this statement.
  1. To decide what action to take concerning the Dead tree on the Hoe near Rita’s Garden, to either hire a tree surgeon to remove the tree or firstly ask the Tree officer, for LDC, Daniel Wynne.
  1. To decide on the contract for the steps and gates project.
  1. To consider employing a book keeper to do the Clerk’s salary and deal with HMRC.
