THE CELEBRATION:
The Wagner community invites you to join in the annual Labor Day celebration. Festival in the Park is one of the many highlights of the weekend. Each year the committee welcomes back returning vendors and seeks to attract new vendors. It is estimated that 10,000 visitors pass through Wagner during this 3-day celebration. Increased traffic and return buyers are the result of not charging an admission fee.

RENT:
12 x 12 rent space is $50 for two days or $40 for one day. No refunds will be issued. Booths must remain open the full Festival in the Park operating hours.
Electricity is available for $10/day extra. Vendors are responsible for providing extension cords. Electricity is on a limited basis. Notification will be made if requests cannot be met.
REQUIREMENTS:
The event is open to arts, crafts, novelty items, food specialties, and antiques/flea market items. Rummage items may not be displayed or sold. The Festival in the Park Committee will make final decisions concerning whether an item may be displayed or sold.
Vendors are responsible for setting up, advertising and signage, and providing their own tent, booth, table, or other needed materials. Booths must be ready at the time of opening and vehicles must be off the grass. No campers will be allowed to park on the premises or on the adjoining streets during the hours of operation. Other parking arrangements will be made available.
The Committee will assign spaces.
DEADLINE:
The Festival in the Park Committee will review all applications and make selections as they are submitted. A confirmation letter with assigned location will be forwarded within a reasonable time frame. The deadline for the application is August 1, 2012. Application is available on back of this brochure.

* First application with paid fee received by the committee will get priority as the committee works hard to avoid duplicating vendors. APPLY EARLY! *
Door prizes will be given out through out the festival; we would appreciate any donations given.
Any vendor present for two days will be included in a drawing for free registration for the 2013 Festival.
