Theme: ‘The Plural of Discipleship is church’

Kevin Roberts, the director of ReSource, and his wife Anne, will be leading the teaching sessions throughout our time away.

Together we will explore:

- What is a disciple? What are the marks of genuine discipleship? And how can we grow our discipleship within the demands of our daily lives?

- How do we do our discipleship together, as church? Apprenticeship or Classroom?

- How can we be disciples who make disciples?

- What difference can a church of disciples make for the greater coming of God’s Kingdom?

What else can I expect?

It is hoped that in addition our time away together will develop our relationships with each other, as well as our communities and the God we serve. A wide variety of activities will be available and we hope that the weekend will provide something for everyone!

  • Opportunities to join together in prayer and worship.
  • Times of fellowship as we learn together, talk together and have fun together.
  • Free time to enjoy the lovely surroundings, visit the National Memorial Arboretum (just opposite), National Forest, shop in town or enjoy the centre’s facilities.
