Details / This bulletin is specifically for the scenario of SPM turning yellow after upgrading SPM. We are still investigating why this occurs at some agencies or on some machines but we suspect that we may have introduced some sensitivity or changed something that does not allow SPM to pass the data on to the printer.
We are investigating the cause and are still requesting examples of this situation. The above procedures have proven effective when this scenario is seen and allows the installer to quickly correct the issue without impacting MySabre or SSL printing.
