WHEN AND WHERE IS THE CONFERENCE?

The 2018 Netball NSW Biennial Conference will be held on the weekend of 1011 Marchat the home of Netball in NSW, Genea Netball Centre. The address is 2 Olympic Boulevard, Sydney Olympic Park NSW 2127.

WHO SHOULD ATTEND THE CONFERENCE?

The Netball NSW Biennial Conference has been designed to cater for all levels of netball coaches, umpires, officials, administrators and supporters. The schedule allows for a variety of education streams, areas of interest and involvement.

WHAT IS THE CONFERENCE ALL ABOUT?

Held every two years, the Netball NSW Biennial Conference is all about education, learning and development opportunities for members of our netball family who wish to develop their skills, network and up-skill themselves for the season ahead. This will be the seventh event of its kind and numbers have continued to grow since the first conference was hosted in 2006.

How much will it cost to attend the conference?

The total cost for individual Conference registrationsare;

Registration / Early Bird Registration

Two Day Pass / $300 / $380 / $420
One Day Pass / $200 / $250

This includes registration:

  • Sessions over two days (or one)
  • Parking passes per day in P3
  • Exclusive accessto two pre-season Suncorp Super Netball games

  • Catering (morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea on both days)

REGISTRATION INFORMATION

Two Day Pass
Unlimited access to all conference sessions and exclusive access to two pre-season Suncorp Super Netball games. Also including is a parking pass, delegate pack, morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea.

One Day Pass
Access to either Saturday or Sunday’s sessions and includes a parking pass, delegate pack, morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea. Plus, Saturday delegates will also have exclusive access to two pre-season Suncorp Super Netball games.

Conference Package with Accommodation
Unlimited access to all conference sessions andexclusive accesstwo pre-season Suncorp Super Netball games, parking pass, delegate pack, morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea and Accommodation in Sydney Olympic Park.^

WHAT DOES THE ACCOMODATION INCLUDE?

Accommodation is available at Sydney Olympic Park is at the Ibis Budget or at Park Royal Parramatta. Rooms are twin share for one night, with one parking spot.

HOW CAN I REGISTER FOR THE CONFERENCE?

Delegates can register for the Conference through an online booking system which is located on the Netball NSW website. You can also Click Here to register.

DO I NEED TICKETS FOR THIS EVENT?

Yes, you do require ticket to attend the Netball NSW Biennial Conference. Once a completed registration is processed, the purchaser will receive a ticket to their email. Delegates need to show their registration ticket on the first day and will then be issues with a Registration Pass for the duration of the conference.

DO I NEED TO BRING MY REGISTRATION PASS TO BOTH DAYS OF THE CONFERENCE?

Yes you will require your registration pass for the entirety of the Conference. Please be aware that anybody without a registration pass will not be permitted to attend. All Delegates will receive these upon arrival on Day 1.

HOW CAN I REGISTER MULTIPLE DELEGATES AT THE ONE TIME?

Through the online registration portal you are able to register as many as ten (10) Delegates at the same time. Simply enter the number of delegates you wish to register in the ‘pay by credit card’ section.

HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY REGISTRATION?

Delegates can make payment via credit card through the payment section. Associations can request an invoice though individuals will need to complete their payment through the online portal ‘Sticky Tickets’.

Netball NSW will process all invoice requests for each Association.
Please note – Registrations will not be finalised by Netball NSW until the invoice has been paid.

WHERE IS THE BEST PLACE TO PARK?

The closest car park to Genea Netball Centre is in P3. View the map Parking will be included in each Delegate’s registration fee however you must park in P3 in order to receive your parking pass. If you require a P3 parking pass for each day, please select this when completing your registration online.
