  • Fundraising Booths may sell only homemade items such as honey, candles, pies, jams/jellies, fruits and vegetables (no commercial, novelty items or food such as funnel cakes, hot dogs, corn dogs, etc may be sold). If you have questions, please contact (304) 272-6839. All decisions of the Wayne County Fair Board are final. Please list the items you would like to sell in the space provided. ______

  • Informational Booths provide information to the public about their agency or organization.

Spaces are awarded on a first-come, first serve basis, as Camden Park has a limited number of spaces. All vendors receive two free daily admission passes to the fair upon receipt of payment. Please bring a form of identification to the Fair to set up, to claim your fair passes. The Wayne County Fair Board thanks you in advance for your cooperation. Mail this signed formand payment to the Wayne County Fair Board, Attn: Vendor Application. Make checks payable to the Wayne County Fair.

2017Vendor Release Form

On behalf of the Wayne County Fair Board we are glad that you have chosen to participate in the vendor program. Fundraising Booths cost $50 and includes two free fair passes per day. Informational Booths cost $25 and includes two free fair passes per day. No refunds for cancellations and no-shows and no deposits will be returned.

I______am the representative for the above mentioned organization and release the Wayne County Fair and any person representing the fair from any liability. We understand if any injury, theft, or loss of property occurs it is our responsibility. We will not take any legal action against the fair or anyone associated with the fair. We also understand that we are responsible for any liability associated with our booth that may occur during the time of the fair. We understand it is our responsibility to adhere to the following rules.

  1. All booths shall be in place and ready to open by 7:00 p.m. on Monday July 31 and the booths cannot be removed until the fair is over on Saturday August 5 at 10:00 p.m.
  1. At the end of each day the vendors shall pick up all trash around their booth and put it in the dumpster.
  1. Cussing and foul language will not be tolerated.
  1. There will be no driving in the booth area after 12:00 p.m. each day. This is a safety issue.
  1. If you need ice to cool homemade food items, please bring this with you each day.
