Vocal Motion – Halftime Show for High School Varsity Boys Baskeball Game

Dear Parents;
Vocal Motion has been invited by the Cedar Hill High School athletics department to perform at halftime for the final home game for the Boys Varsity Basketball team! This is an exciting opportunity that I know your child will remember for a life time.
Important Info on Admission: All Vocal Motion Students will have FREE admission to the game. However, ALL ADULTS, must purchase An admission ticket to the game if you want to watch them perform. ADMISSION is $5 and can be purchased at the door. You can also stay and watch the game and cheer on your Cedar Hill Longhorns!
It is my hope you all can stay and watch the performance, however, if you CAN NOT stay, but you still want your child to perform, please see below for drop off and pick up instructions.
The ticket office needs a list of ALL STUDENTS who will be performing, therefore, it is VERY IMPORTANT that I get a signed commitment form returned no later than Wednesday, January 31st so that I can make the arrangements.

Performance Instructions and commitment letter for Halftime Show performance on Friday,
February 9th, 2018
Uniform:RedBray Fine Arts Shirt AND / Or Fine Arts Hoodie, Black Pants, and Close Toe Shoes. NO BLUE JEANS
Meet: Lobby of the High School Gymnasium. This is located directly next to the
Performing Arts Center at the High School, where we had our Winter Musical.
Meeting Time: 7:15pm
***IF DROPPING YOUR STUDENT OFF, please check in with me in the lobby at
this time before leaving them. PICK UP from the lobby NO LATER THAN 8:30PM.
Students will NOT be sent to the parking lot on their own to get into cars. For
your child’s safety, please pull up to the high school and enter the lobby. ***
Performance Location: Cedar Hill High School Gymnasium
Performance Time: Approximately 8:00pm (might be later if the game is
delayed for any reason.
Immediately following the performance, we will dismiss from the lobby,
no later than 8:30pm.
