I havetrained as a Massage Therapist torigorous California standards and have 3 years additional experience as a Beautician in leading SPA’s. My focus is on an integrative approach for Body, Mind and Soul. My massage is very healing and relaxing.I can focus on any pain or discomfort like Back pain, Joint pain, Stress, eye Fatigue etc. I use incense, Aromatic oils and soothing meditative music. . I also use another potent ayurvedic ointment for acute pains. My quality is better than the 5 star hotel SPA’s. I care for my clients

PERSONALITY

I am friendly and caring and am fluent in Hindi and English. I am 24years old and come from North East. I enjoy Swimming and making new friends.

LOCATION AND LOGISTICS

I come to your location all over Bangalore. If you cannot have the massage done at your place then I can arrange a hotel or service apartment. For a list of hotels please contact Manager. I do not have my own transport. So you would need to pick and drop me from Koramangala or pay 2 way auto/ cab fare.

12 noon to 9 pm last appointment

RATES

.Charges are Rs 4000 for a one and half hour massage. I am currently offering a 60% discount for a short while to expand my clientele. So only Rs 1200 for a one and half hour massage plus 2 way transport or you pick drop from koramangala.CASH ONLY

MASSAGE TYPES

SWEDISH

This is beneficial for pains aches and weight loss and has a firmer pressure. Goal is to relieve muscle tension, improve blood circulation and trigger the lymphatic elimination system in the body and tone the body up.

AROMA

This is lighter and soothing and relaxing and pampering. Excellent for stress and calming body and mind. Goal is to relieve all tension, calm the nerves and bring ease and tranquility to Mind Body and Soul. To be invigorated and transformed.

I can also do a combination of the above.

THAI

Traditional Thai massage uses no oils or lotions. The recipient remains clothed during a treatment. There is constant body contact between the giver and receiver, but rather than rubbing on muscles, the body is compressed, pulled, stretched and rocked.[3]The recipient of the massage wears loose, comfortable clothing and lies on a mat or firm mattress on the floor. In Thailand the massage is often given to a group of a dozen or so subjects receiving massage simultaneously in the same large room. The true ancient style of the massage requires that the massage be performed solo with just the giver and receiver. The receiver will be positioned in a variety of yoga-like positions during the course of the massage, that are also combined with deep static and rhythmic pressures.

DEEP TISSUE

Deep tissue massage therapy is similar to Swedish massage, but the deeper pressure is beneficial in releasing chronic muscle tension. The focus is on the deepest layers of muscle tissue, tendons and fascia (the protective layer surrounding muscles, bones and joints). It is suggested that you first start with Swedish to loosen the muscles and then go for deep tissue. Otherwise the pain is likely to get worse.

BALINESE

Balinese massage is an approach to massage developed in the Indonesian province of Bali, with influence from the traditional medicine systems of India, China, and Southeast Asia.Balinese massage techniques include acupressure, skin rolling and flicking, firm and gentle stroking, percussion, and application of essential oils. The combination of manual therapy and aromatherapy is intended not only to relax the patient and loosen fascial restrictions, but to stimulate the lymphatic system and the flow of blood and qi
