Uponor Rejuvenates Website to Provide

In-Depth, Easy-to-Navigate Learning Resource

Uponor, Inc., recently orchestrated a dramatic and sweeping makeover of its website, Launched in October 2007, the new site is designed to provide a comprehensive and in-depth learning resource on Uponor’s four primary business sectors: radiant heating and cooling, plumbing, fire safety and commercial products. Targeting trade professionals and consumers, the website is segmented by product to provide an easy-to-navigate format.

Visitors to the site will find these new or enhanced sections:

A comprehensive contractor resource center that includes a product and tool showcase, as well as technical specifications, system guides and information about product warranties, codes and standards.

A consumer support center that enables homeowners to outline their interests in Uponor systems and to locate the nearest installer.

Testimonials and case studies from both trade and consumer customers, describing their installation challenges and how Uponor systems have helped them overcome those challenges.

A professional training center, listing a lineup of hands-on contractor workshops held at the Uponor facility in Apple Valley, Minn., and

the company’s recently unveiled schedule of webinars, which are part of the AIA Continuing Education System. Working through the Uponor site, interested parties can register online for these free webinars.

The site is fully committed to Uponor trade partners, according to e-commerce and public relations manager Jon Orton, who spearheaded the redesign effort. “This new website is paramount to our business strategy of building partnerships with the trade community.”
