Costs (travel and daily allowances) during the conference are paid by the participants or a sending institution, excluding organizing committee members. Participants of the conference will be housed in the hotel of Syktyvkar State University at hosting institution's cost. The cultural program connected with P.Sorokin is planned for the participants.

Application forms and summary of the presentations should be sent till September 20, 2013. These materials will be uploaded on the site of Syktyvkar State University till September 28, 2013. It is planned to publish conference materials till December, 2013.
