Directions
The Georgia Title III Annual Report fulfills LEAs’ requirement to provide the state with federally-required documentation, as described in Title III, Sec. 3121 (c). All Title III-recipients – including Title III Consortium LEAs - must complete this document, with the exception of those districts that were monitored by Title III staff (onsite or desktop) during the current school year. Timely submission of this report is one element of the annual Title III Risk Assessment which impacts the selection of districts to be monitored in the subsequent school year.
