Become a Registered Volunteer!

If you are interested in volunteering, you must register on the CMS website at It only takes a minute! In order to work with children at TCE you must be registered as “Unsupervised without Driving.”

- Complete the volunteer registration form and submit for request.

- You must check that it is okay for CMS to do a background check

- Within the specified time, you will receive an email with your clearance information.

Get your Official Volunteer Badge!

If you would like a volunteer badge, please email and include your name, as you would like it to appear on your badge. All badges can be picked up from the front office or PTA Parent room. If you have a volunteer badge from a previous year, it can still be used.
