SUBJECT:CSENet Exchange Agreement Update
Kentucky has entered into an agreement with the following state to exchange LO1 (Quick Locate) transactions, and ENF (Enforcement), in addition to the existing agreement exchange for MSC (Managing State Cases) transactions, and CSI (Case Information).

The KASES CSENet Exchange Table has been updated to reflect the newest exchange agreement.
Please insert the attached revised State-to-State Enabled Communications Report, dated March 28, 2008, provided from OCSE, for reference to KHTL 52.
Staff can also check for CSENet exchange agreementupdates on the CSENet Transaction Exchange Table Maintenance Screen (ASEKCO) on KASES. A table stored on KASES lists all states, along with flags indicating whether the states are active on CSENet. The table also indicates which functional types (L01, CSI, etc.) are automated for each state. The table is activated by typing the two-position state abbreviation code in the STATE ABBREVIATION field on screen ASEKCO and pressing ENTER. The system displays blank slots if an exchange agreement is not in place for the specified state. If an exchange agreement is in effect, the system inserts one of the codes shown at the bottom of screen ASEKCO to indicate which functional types are automated in the specified state.
The CSENet Transaction Exchange Table Maintenance screen (ASEKCO) is accessed by selecting 09-Interstate Actions on the Case Management Menu screen (ASEMAA), 04-CSENet Options on the Interstate Functions Menu screen (ASEMUA) and 04-CSENet Exchange Table Maintenance on CSENet Options Menu Screen.
