The Course

The ASPIRE League and the IDEA League have had a meaningful cooperation over the years and the ASPIRE League would like to invite 5 postgraduate students from the IDEA League universities to participate in a week-long Student Workshop at the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST).

The theme of the Forum is “Smart Green Cities”. Students attending the Student Workshop will also be invited to participate in HKUST’s Innovation and Entrepreneurship Camp. Here, concepts of entrepreneurship will be introduced. Then, coupled with their knowledge and new findings, students will present a business plan as well as a technology proposal, both to be centered on the ‘Smart Green Cities’ theme

Please note that all students are required to attend the whole course.

Cancellation Charges

The cancellation charge for this course will be 150 Euro. Students must give a minimum of two weeks notice of their cancellation to avoid cancellation charges.(This charge goes towards recovering the cost of accommodation, etc). The cancellation charge will be waived if the Graduate Schools and the International Office are able to find a student who can attend in the place of the cancelling student. The fee will also be waived on the production of a valid medical certificate.
