Simpli-3: Simpli-3 is an azalide, a subclass of macrolide antibiotic. It is a broad spectrum antibiotic and has been shown to be active against most strains of susceptible gram-positive and gram-negative microorganisms. It is available as-Capsule, Suspension and injection in different strengths.
Cefixime: Cefixime is a broad spectrum antibiotic of third generation for oral administration. It is a bactericidal antibiotic which interfere with the synthesis of the bacterial cell wall, and is stable to Hydrolysis by many B-lactamases. Cefixime is available in capsule and powder for suspension
Cefpodoxime Proxetil : Cefpodoxime proxetil ,a new 3rd generation oral cephalosporin. It is a prodrug that is de- csterified in the intentinal wall to release cefpodoxime .It acts against a wide range of gram-positive and gram-negative pathogens including good activity against some clinically significant gram- positive pathogenslike staph aureus , strep pneumonia. Kidcef is available in powder for suspension.
Ceftriaxone ( Traxef) :Traxef is a third generation Cephalosporin which is highly stable to most B- LACTAMASES, both Penicillinases and Cephalosporinases of gram- positive and gram- negative bacteria. This is available in injection.
Cefuroxim Axetil ( Xefrim) : Xefrim is a second generation cephalosporim .It is an effective antibacterial agent, which has broad- spectrum bactericidal activity against a wide range of common pathogens. It is available in tablet, and powder for suspension.
Ciprofloxacin (Xbac): Xbac is a synthetic 4-quinolone derivative. It has bactericidal activity against a wide range of gram-positive and gram-negative organisms. It is available in tablet, powder for suspension and infusion.
Gemifloxacin(Gemif): Gemif is a synthetic broad spectrum 4th generation fluoroquinolone antibiotic for oral administration. It is available as gemifloxacin mesylate INN equivalent to 320mg tablet.
Levofloxacin (quixin): Quixin is a synthetic, broad-spectrum antibacterial agent for oral use, belonging to the third generation fluoroquinolone derivative. Chemically it is a chiral fluorinated carboxy-quinolone. It is available in tablet.
Meropenem(Merocon):Merocon, a carbapenem group, initially identified as olivanic acid, which is a beta-lactamase inhibitor. Unlike imipenem meropenem is not inactivated in the kidney by enzymatic activity, that is why, it is stable to the renal enzyme and therefore can be given without cilastatin . It is available in injection.

Pantoprazole (Protoloc):Protoloc is a proton pump inhabitor and chemically a benzimidazole derivative . It is available as pantoprazole sodium sesquihydrate 20mg and 40mg tablet.
Rabeprazole(Rabepes): Rabepes is an antiulcer drug which belongs to proton pump inhibitors. It is available in tablet.
