TAXES AND OTHER MUNICIPAL LIENS
Public Notice is hereby given that I, Andrea Penny, Collector of Taxes of the Township of
Upper Deerfield, in the County of Cumberland and State of New Jersey, will on
Monday, June 30, 2014
At 10:00 A.M.
At the MunicipalBuilding, State Highway 77 or at such other place to which said sale may be
Adjourned, exposed and sell at public auction the lots, tracts or parcels of land hereinafter
Mentioned, subject to redemption at the lowest rate of interest, but in no case in excess of
Eighteen percent (18%) per annum and pay the tax lien hereon including interest and cost
Of sale.
The sale is made under the provisions of the “Tax Sale Law” Title 54, Chapter 5 revised.
ONLY CASH OR CERTIFIED CHECKS WILL BE ACCEPTED.
Any of said tracts of land may be redeemed before the sale by the payment of the amount
Due thereon to the date of such redemption including the costs to such date.
